Ingredients
• Pasta of choice
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
• 1 cup Varty organic oat beverage - original
• 1 tbsp flour (or cornstarch for GF)
• Salt, pepper, thyme to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta.
2. Sauté onion, garlic, and mushrooms in oil.
3. Sprinkle in flour or cornstarch and cook 1 minute.
4. Slowly add Varty organic oat beverage - original while stirring.
5. Simmer until thickened, season, and toss with pasta.
