Whoever said oat beverages don’t froth hasn’t tried Varty. In all fairness, oat beverages don’t normally froth. That’s why we use less than 1% organic, locally sourced high oleic sunflower oil. It’s a naturally high-oleic oil, the same monounsaturated fat that makes up most of olive oil, chosen because it’s clean and stable enough to give Barista its dense, velvety foam without gums or blended seed oils.
