Where It All Began
The story starts in a grocery store.
We were reading labels the way we always do. Not the front of the carton. Not the big claims. The ingredient list.
We went through every oat beverage on the shelf, and every single one had something in it that didn't belong. Gums. Fillers. Stabilizers. Even the ones labelled "natural." Somewhere along the way, oat beverages stopped tasting like oats.
We weren't looking for perfection. We were looking for something real. Something organic. Something made with ingredients we could actually recognize.
We couldn't find it. So we made it.
Varty is for people who read the label before they trust the promise. People who want packaged food to be simple again. People who believe an oat beverage should taste good, foam well, and still make sense when you turn the carton around.
